So this is my friend Okami's character Frozengale ^^
She's a mutated cat mixed with electric eel, green moray eel and Belcher's sea snake!
A fish cat :,D
I drew this some days ago when I didn't have anything to do in art class,
Frozengale has such a cool design and I just loved drawing her!
I decided to keep it as a pencil drawing, because I'm really happy with the details here ^^
